Eduardo Terzidis has earned a Joint Master in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico of Turin and the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his academic career, he worked in several teams developing sustainable transportation systems. He counts many experiences in different universities working with renewable energies such as fuel cells, solar energy and wind energy. In particular he worked extensively designing an airborne wind energy system. In the last years, he has focused on environmentally friendly buildings and the related management of water, food and energy. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable practical experience, becoming an expert of manufacturing processes and prototyping. Eduardo has participated to many international conferences in Brazil, USA, Netherlands, Italy and more and has presented his works, some of which have been awarded prizes. His main scientific interests are related to sustainable development, circular economy, sustainable buildings and water, food and energy management and production.
